Ultra RSF is an acellular placental biologic your patients self-administer at home, just like a peptide, inside your care plan. It reaches the worn cartilage and inflamed joint that adjustments cannot, so the chronic patients who used to leave for an injection stay with you and get better. No live cells, no DNA, no freezer.
Apply for accessWatch how it works Physician-ordered, patient self-administered sub-Q. One vial per treated joint. Room temperature.Patients self-administer one small sub-Q injection at home, just like a peptide. No injecting provider, no procedure room, no referral out.
Your site probably says both of those things, and both are right. Adjustment, decompression, laser and rehab restore motion and take pressure off the nervous system. What no chiropractic tool has ever addressed is the cartilage itself: the inflamed synovium, the matrix breaking down, the repair signals that have gone quiet.
So when an arthritic knee or a herniated disc stops holding, the patient goes elsewhere for a cortisone shot, hyaluronic acid or PRP — or pays thousands at a stem cell clinic. Those were the only options that reached the biology, none of them lived inside a chiropractic care plan, and most of those patients never came back.
And you watched the stem cell wave roll through — the seminars, the big-ticket packages, the mixed results, the FDA letters. The instinct behind it was right: give the joint biology, not just mechanics. The execution was the problem.
In a double-blinded trial of severe knee OA, the steroid and the placental biologic gave the same relief at 6 weeks. By 12 months the steroid had worn off. The biologic group was still improving, with zero adverse events.
Ultra RSF does not replace anything in your clinic. It adds the layer your methods have never been able to deliver: regenerative signaling inside the joint, from your own care plan, without referring the patient out.
Adjustment, disc decompression, Class IV laser, acupuncture, physio and rehab. Motion, alignment and cellular energy. All of it stays in the plan.
Change the environment inside the joint. Every option that did that was an injection given by an MD, NP or PA somewhere else, and the patient went with it.
Acellular placental signaling factors, self-administered by the patient just like a peptide, that shift the joint from inflammatory to reparative and keep signaling for weeks. Your patient, your plan, your clinic.
The result is a care plan that works on both halves of the problem at once: your hands on the mechanics, Ultra RSF on the biology. Pain comes down, results hold, and the patient who used to leave for an injection stays on your schedule for the next twelve months of care.
Where the signal comes from, how it binds to tissue, and why it keeps working for weeks instead of days.

None of these could be offered in a chiropractic clinic. That is why the patient left. Ultra RSF is the first regenerative option in this class that fits inside your practice.
| Your patients tried | Why it fell short | Ultra RSF, in your clinic |
|---|---|---|
| Corticosteroid | Matches the biologic at 6 weeks, then fades. No improvement at 12 months in the RCT. | Placental biologic still improving at 12 months. Zero adverse events. |
| Hyaluronic acid | Beaten by amniotic allograft on pain, function and symptoms at 3 and 6 months in a 200-patient RCT. | Same product class that beat HA and saline. |
| PRP | Depends on the patient's own blood. Trial patients had already failed PRP, steroids and HA before the placental biologic worked. | Donor-derived and standardized. 300+ proteins and growth factors, the same vial to vial. |
| Peptides | Same easy sub-Q self-injection, but the signal lasts minutes to hours and is not joint-specific. | Same self-administered technique. Signal designed to persist in the joint for weeks. |
| Stem cells | Under 5 percent of cells survive 48 hours in an inflamed joint. Foreign DNA, immune risk, minus-80 freezer. | Zero cells. The signals the cells were making, with none of the cells. |
| Exosomes | Wash out of the joint in 1 to 3 days. Volatile RNA cargo. Freezer required. | Binds to the tissue's own collagen and hyaluronic acid. Signals stay up to 28 days. |
| Where they got it | An orthopedist, pain clinic or med spa. Ultrasound, an injecting provider, a procedure room. A referral out of your practice. | Self-administered at home, just like a peptide. One 1 mL sub-Q injection per joint, 30 seconds, inside your care plan. No referral out. |
| Storage | Cryofreezing for cells and exosomes. Wasted vials. | Room temperature. 24-month shelf life. |
Laser therapy works by sending photons to the mitochondria to restore normal cell function. Laser gives the cell energy. Ultra RSF gives the cell instructions, the growth factors and signaling proteins that tell it what to rebuild. They fit the same four-to-six-week protocol most laser clinics already run.
Baseline pain and function scores. First Ultra RSF vial for the treated joint. Laser and adjustment as usual.
RSF keeps signaling in the joint for up to four weeks while laser and manual care continue on your normal cadence.
Repeat scores. A second vial for the joint if the patient is progressing and the doctor wants to extend the signal.
Repeat dosing works too. Patients who failed HA or saline and then received the placental biologic improved as much as first-line patients, through 12 months.

Both groups improved at 6 weeks. The amnion group kept improving through 12 months and met MCID on Lysholm, KOOS ADL and KOOS Pain. Zero adverse events in the amnion arm.

Read the study ↗Twenty years of stem-cell research reached one conclusion: the cells do not repair the joint. What they secrete does. Ultra RSF is that secreted signal, 300 or more proteins and growth factors from all six regions of the placenta, with the cells removed.
Once delivered, it binds to the collagen and hyaluronic acid in the tissue and keeps signaling for up to four weeks. That signal shifts inflammatory macrophages into repair mode and lowers TNF-α and IL-6 in the synovium. Nothing to engraft, nothing to reject, nothing to wash out in three days.
In most states chiropractors do not inject, and Ultra RSF does not ask you to. The patient does it at home, like a peptide. No new equipment, no new staff, and the patient stays on your table.
A Regen MDs physician reviews the case and orders the vial. The patient gives themselves one small 1 mL sub-Q injection at home, exactly the way peptide patients already do, with a 30-second walkthrough from your staff. Your clinic runs the evaluation, the laser and rehab plan, and the follow-up.
Room temperature, two-year shelf life. Reconstitute with 1 mL sterile water. No freezer, no thaw, nothing expires while you build your patient list.
Ultra RSF is sold outside insurance, the same way laser packages and custom orthotics are. The payment plans you already offer self-pay patients apply. Nothing about it touches your Medicare or Medicaid billing.
Inflammation settles. The joint stops flaring between visits.
New matrix is laid down. Collagen and microcirculation are supported.
Collagen types balance out. A maintenance rhythm is set with your care plan.

Arthritis got you down? There is now something for the cartilage itself.
For years, chiropractic care at our clinic has helped arthritis and disc patients move better and hurt less by restoring proper alignment and joint motion. What we could never treat directly was the worn cartilage inside the joint.
Ultra RSF is a regenerative signaling treatment made from donated placental tissue, processed so it contains no living cells. What remains are the natural proteins the body uses to calm inflammation and support repair. It is ordered by a physician and you give it to yourself at home as one small injection under the skin, the same way peptide or insulin patients do, alongside your regular care plan here.
In a randomized trial of severe knee arthritis, this class of treatment outperformed a cortisone shot at one year, with no adverse events reported. It is not a cure, and results vary from person to person. In published studies of this class of treatment, pain scores fell by a quarter to a half and the improvement held for a year or longer. Results vary from person to person.
